    Dear Mr Shukla,
I read with interest your article on “why professionals should have a pleasing personality ?”. I have one comment :–
In the first point of “how to devlop..” section, you wrote “one must be well aware of ome’s negative aspects..”. That is the CATCH !!. Unfortunately, most people ARE NOT AWARE of their negative aspects. In fact, one of the ways to become aware of these is to collect feedback from others (through techniques like “360 degree feedback”).
Would it be possible for you to add in your website some write-ups on such techniques of obtaining feedback ? I am sure that would be helpful to many who are interested to improve themselves.
    Thanks and regards.
