Unfortunately, most people ARE NOT AWARE of their negative aspects. In fact, one of the ways to become aware of these is to collect feedback from others (through techniques like "360 degree feedback"). Would it be possible for you to add in your website some write-ups on such techniques of obtaining feedback ? I am sure that would be helpful to many who are interested to improve themselves.
